CORGI can provide a number of services to you as a gas consumer or as somebody looking to become CORGI registered. Below is a list of some of the services which may help you:

  • The find an installer facility enables you to search for a registered installer in your local area. Alternatively our customer services department is available to supply you with a list over the telephone (0870 401 2300)
  • All registered installers are provided by CORGI with an ID card that includes a picture of the operative and a list of the areas that they can work in
  • The Check an installer facility enables you to check that an installer is registered. Alternatively you can check the details of your gas installer with our customer services team on 0870 401 2300.
  • CORGI investigates gas safety complaints free of charge. This will include the inspection of premises (where relevent) by a CORGI Inspector. We investigate complaints involving registered or non-registered installers.To speak to our complaints team call 0870 401 2300
  • Every year CORGI attend public events to inform the public about their rights and responsibilities when it comes to gas safety. These include the BBC Good Homes Exhibition and university freshers fairs.
  • A series of gas safety literature is produced and sent out (on request-0870 401 2258) to alert the public to gas safety issues.
  • CORGI works closely with the media in order to try and get the gas safety message out to as many people as possible.
